Empowering and Educating Young Girls

 

HOPE AGAINST HOPE founder, Vincent De Paul Fisher, organized this dance contest to raise funds for STREET CHILD US, a non-profit that provides "vulnerable street children in West Africa with the opportunity to access education, and their families with the means to keep them there." This all-female dance battle was organized to show support for disadvantaged girls in countries like Liberia and Sierra Leone. Special thanks to THE GET DOWN dance studio for making their venue available to us and to AMANI JOHNSON from the WOMYN'S CREATIVE COLLECTIVE for being an amazing host!
